Leadership Team
DHEDF is led by a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers with experience in healthcare, education, research, humanitarian service, and community development.
Founder/Executive Director
Provides strategic leadership, organizational oversight, partnership coordination, and program development.
Program Manager
Coordinates community programs, outreach activities, partnerships, and implementation of projects.
Research and Training Coordinator
Leads research initiatives, training programs, data collection, and evidence-based program development.
Finance and Administration Officer
Oversees financial management, compliance, accountability systems, and administrative operations.
Volunteers and Community Mobilizers
Support grassroots engagement, advocacy campaigns, community education, and humanitarian activities.

Governance and Accountability
DHEDF operates under a transparent governance structure designed to ensure accountability, ethical leadership, and effective program delivery.
The organization is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for:
